Engage with your peak body on our policy committee

We’re calling for expressions of interest to join our Policy Committee, which has a vacancy.

The Policy Committee is a key source of policy and advocacy advice for Suicide Prevention Australia, helping position us as the voice of the suicide prevention sector through:

  • Monitoring delivery of our National Policy Platform
  • Identifying opportunities to influence public policy in suicide prevention
  • Serving as a key source of policy advice, intelligence and connection with the sector
  • Reviewing and providing strategic advice on key submissions and policy outputs

Please provide your expression of interest to the Policy Committee Chair, Stan Piperoglou, via Rebecca Burdick Davies, Director, Policy Advocacy & Government Relations at rebeccabd@suicidepreventionaust.org. Should you seek any further information about the Committee, please call Rebecca on 0401 619 280 or refer to the Committee’s Terms of Reference.
