Abstract Submissions Open – National Suicide Prevention Conference 2020
Suicide Prevention Australia (SPA) is pleased to announce that you are now able to submit your abstracts for the National Suicide Prevention Conference 2020, taking place 20-23 July 2020 at the National Convention Centre Canberra.
The annual event attracts more than 650 delegates from Australia and overseas. It’s an important opportunity for the suicide prevention sector to come together, share key learnings, network and help to move the sector forward; to achieve its goal of reducing the rate of suicide in Australia.
The purpose of the conference is to facilitate collaboration to achieve a common goal: a world without suicide. The 2020 conference theme, ‘One Voice – One Vision’ reflects the need for a unified approach in our quest to reduce suicide rates.
The conference program will showcase evidence-based solutions, bold ideas and community-led innovation. Delegates will be inspired to collaborate, share one voice and work towards reducing suicide rates.
SPA is putting together a robust, engaging program of national and international keynote speakers, and looks forward to complimenting that with a suite of presentations from people and organisations all over Australia.
For an overview of the program streams and presentation formats, including information on how to submit your abstract please see the conference website.
